Portable and effective
This compact GSM voice recorder has numerous unique features, including superior sound quality (also when using speech compression). Because of its flexible USB interface it can be connected to any desktop or notebook computer running Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7. PCI card versions of all product models are also available when portability is either not required or desirable.
Security and access control
You can decide which persons will have access from which predefined networked PC to certain facilities of the voice recording server. Advanced user management defines who is allowed to playback or manage certain recordings.
Managing the recorder using SMS
As mobile users might not have local or remote access to the voice recorder, various settings and their personal phonebook can be managed using SMS messaging from their own mobile phone.
Searching and playback
Searching, playback and managing your voice recordings can be done locally on the CallCatcher Personal GSM and via the corporate LAN or Internet using CallPlayer and CallLive client software applications. You will find the recordings you're looking for quickly and easily.
CallCatcher Personal GSM Server
The CallCatcher Personal GSM server application is the core of the voice recorder. It monitors the speech, signaling (like CLI and DDI) and SMS messaging on the internal back-to-back repeater GSM gateways and stores these on the hard drive. Files are stored in a secure encrypted format in that all Call Detail Records and SMS are included as well. A selection can be made from 64 or 36kbit/s speech compression of excellent quality.
Hard disk and backup management
Managing hard drive usage and configuring the backup facility is easy. You can specify if and when recordings can be deleted and when backups are to be scheduled.
CallCatcher Personal GSM Clients
CallCatcher Personal GSM client software applications like CallPlayer and CallLive allow the user from anywhere on the LAN or Internet to listen in real-time to conversations, search for recordings and add comments to recordings.
CallPlayer Drag & Drop
Using the CallPlayer client software it is easy to drag & drop voice recordings in WAV or MP3 formats into Outlook to support written notes or to send them as an e-mail attachment.
