Short company history ...


Our company was founded in 1983. Among the first in Hungary we put our DM200 type digital voice logger on the market in 1992. Our main profile is trade and service of digital voice loggers at present too.

In cooperation with a Dutch telecommunication company, as Hungarian and East-European representative office of CallCatcher voice loggers, we offer a wide range of voice loggers - from the cheap, one channel portable Personal version (USB module) that is suitable for recording mobile telephones too, to the modularly expandable, professional big systems.

CCRL Pro voice logger


Professional, multi-channel, server-client based voice logger; because of its program system and varied services it is an excellent device for long-term, reliable storage of telephone calls (all / selected by adjustable parameters) and in quick searching of recordings. It can be connected to analogue and digital PRI (ISDN30)/ BRI (ISDN2) PSTN trunks / analogue and digital extensions of PABXs with a simple T splitter, without disturbing the telephone lines.

Recordings can be searched, played back and commented easy on the server by the filter system that can be adjusted in detail by parameters or via LAN and Internet by free client programs delivered together with the server. The recordings store CLI / DDI and other CDR information too.

Ease of use
New users can learn quickly how to use the intuitive windows interface of the CallCatcher Pro voice voice logger. Authorized users will appreciate the easy to use advanced configuration controls and searching capabilities.

Searching, playback and managing your voice recordings can be done locally on voice recording serever and via the corporate LAN or internet using CallPlayer and CallLive client software applications. You will find the recordings you're looking for quickly and easily.

Effective
This professional voice recorder has numerous unique features, including superior sound quality (also when using speech compression). PCI cards of the voice recorder can be installed on any computer running Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7.

Security and access control
You can decide which persons will have access from which predefined networked PC to certain facilities of the CallCatcher. Advanced user management defines who is allowed to playback or manage certain recordings.

CallCatcher Pro Server
The CallCatcher Pro server application is the core of the voice recorder. It monitors the speech and signaling (like CLI and DDI) on the telephone lines and stores these on the hard drive. Files are stored in a secure encrypted format in that all Call Detail Records are included as well. A selection can be made from 64, 36, 16, or 8kbit/s speech compression of excellent quality. These encrypted and optionally compressed recordings can be exported to standard WAV or MP3 files.

Modular architecture
Because of its modular design the CallCatcher is available in mixed configurations from 4 analog lines to 240 lines of PRI ISDN-30. There is no limit on the number of CallCatcher systems that can be used on a single site or multiple sites using VPN.

CallCatcher Pro Clients
Included CallCatcher client software applications like CallPlayer, CallLive, CallMonitor and the optional CallExport allow the user from anywhere on the LAN or internet to listen in real-time to conversations, search for recordings, automatic export to MP3 and add comments to recordings.

Drag & Drop
It is easy to drag & drop voice recordings in WAV or MP3 formats into Outlook to support written notes or to send them as an e-mail attachment.

PBX SMDR
Optionally the wizard based CallLink SMDR client application can add additional call details (like extension numbers) to the recordings for all brands and types of PBX by integrating their SMDR information using the RS232 or TCP/IP port.

Screen capturing
Optional CallCapture client software enables high resolution MPEG4 based screen recordings (including mouse and cursor movements) synchronized with voice recordings.
