Short company history ...

Our company was founded in 1983. Among the first in Hungary we put our DM200 type digital voice logger on the market in 1992. Our main profile is trade and service of digital voice loggers at present too.

In cooperation with a Dutch telecommunication company, as Hungarian and East-European representative office of CallCatcher voice loggers, we offer a wide range of voice loggers - from the cheap, one channel portable Personal version (USB module) that is suitable for recording mobile telephones too, to the modularly expandable, professional big systems.

We provide free SW update / upgrade for our clients after warranty too. You can make the program upgrade of your voice logger yourself. Before the program change we advice you to consult with our colleagues about HW and SW compatibility questions.

On-demand our company makes the program upgrade. The new program is free; you have to pay only the wage, expenses of HW modification and the field-work fee.

Our resellers and clients can download full CCRL install CD, setup programs, SW updates / upgrades, user’s manuals and other documentations.

DM200 voice loggers

You can make the program upgrade of your voice logger yourself.

The SW change, especially in case of very old computers, can not be accomplished in all cases without replacing the main board, RAM, hard disk or firmware of the DM200 board. If you entertain doubts about appropriateness of the HW, please call our colleagues to help!

On-demand our company makes the SW change. The SW update/upgrade is free; you have to pay only the wage, expenses of HW modification and the field-work fee.

The pcrecord.exe and restore.exe files are included. These files are operable only in the original voice recording program environment. Before the change of old files please make a backup. If it is necessary, modify the old pcrecord.cfg according to the new version.	All install disks of the full Pcrecord program are included; it can be extracted into the current directory. Please follow the instructions of the install.txt file.
