Voice recording overview
Our company was dealing with development of DOS base voice loggers (DM200 type) in the 1990's. These voice loggers were cheap and reliable solution for analogue voice recording tasks in the lower channel count range (4 - 16 channels) in those days. Some of those had been working up to this day - we provide the service, but the development and sale ended.
The Windows base voice loggers that replaced the DOS version provide far more application possibilities due to the more advanced operating system and services that can be accessed via both LAN and Internet reliably (server - client architecture) at competitive price.
We offer wide range of CallCatcher (CCRL) voice loggers recording analogue telephone, ISDN30 (Primer Rate ISDN - PRI) and ISDN2 (Basic Rate ISDN - BRI) telephone trunk, radio and other voice channel (e.g. microphone). These all are stand alone, record and log telephone calls and other talks unattended. Safety backup of voice recordings that are stored on the hard disk can be made by the automatic backup function for long time storage.
The CCRL Pro voice logger is made for professional use - modularly expandable and network connected, high max. channel count can be installed in one computer (4 - 256 channels), so it can satisfy the requirements of any growing enterprise.
The CCRL Lite version has lower max. channel count (max. 16 analogue / digital channel or 1 pc ISDN30 trunk in one computer) and the services are optimized for smaller enterprises - it can be a cheap solution for entrepreneurs, emergency services and smaller companies too. The USB voice logger modules connected to notebook are suitable for portable voice recording applications too.
The Personal voice logger that can be connected to notebook too is a 1-2 channel version made for personal users, entrepreneurs and small companies. The Personal GSM version can record both mobile telephone calls and SMS messages.
