Voice recording to protect you
Voice recording is an important issue for most private and public companies, service providers, call centers, public safety/health organizations, banks/stock-brokers and government agencies.
Making voice recordings is recommended in order to:
- reconstruct events
- avoid disputes in business done by telephone
- increase effectivity (quality assurance)
- supplement written notes.
What do CallCatcher (CCRL) voice loggers offer?
The CallCatcher digital voice loggers meet all requirements of the PSTN line (analogue, ISDN2, ISDN30) and extension side (analogue and digital extensions) recording of the modern PABXs. Voice loggers record all telephone calls as default, but selective recording can be set too. Together with recording they log information on date and time stamp of voice recordings and CLI / DDI and extension numbers of the caller and called party.
After a secure identification process authorized users can log in to the server to search and play back, comment and convert into wav/mp3 format the selected voice recording in order to play on a standard computer too (access by free client programs locally or via LAN / Internet).
Advanced filter system with many filter parameters (date, time, period, telephone number, comment etc.) helps to find voice recordings quickly.
The voice loggers can be connected to analogue/digital PSTN line or extension of any PABX with a simple T splitter without disturbing the line. Direct voice recording and CLI / DDI decoding on digital extensions of the main PBX types are supported too.
Due to its modular architecture the professional CCRL Pro version provides for stability of value of the investment for dynamically expanding enterprises too. Mixed analogue / digital systems can be installed too; channel number can be increased with installation of new modules.
